Visa

All participants are reminded that a visa may be required for foreign citizens entering France and that they should apply for a visa at their local French Consulate or Embassy.

To access to La Martinique, the participants must ask as soon as possible, for the visa at the French Embassy of their own country, with the special extension « DFA » .  Some possible help could be provided by the organization, before the 6 th October.  

» For U.S. citizens passports are required for entering the French West Indies, visas are not required for visitors planning to remain for 90 days or less. For more information, visit the web site for the Embassy of France at http://www.info-france-usa.org

» For a stop or transit to USA, the right passport needs to be completed by the ESTA agreement (See on the web site).

» For a stop or transit in Cayenne (French Guyana), the certificate as “Inoculated against the yellow  fever” might be needed.

Should you need an official invitation letter for visa application purposes, you may contact the Organizing Committee who will be able to assist you with this.
